- Simatek 44G has a capacity of 16,3 tonnes per hour (26 m3).
- DR850 has a capacity of 870 kg per hour.
- DR1500 has a capacity of 1.580 kg per hour.
- DR4500 has a capacity of 4500 kg per hour.
These four alternatives can be delivered in a range of different feed system solutions:
Filling system
A filling system is a feed distribution system that transports feed from silo to the feeder / hopper on each tank. This system is delivered with a control system that identifies the need for filling based on a sensor in each hopper.
Fill the silos with the same system
With Simatek Drum Feeder and Simatek Pendular elevator it is possible to both fill the silos and feed gently and with high capacity. With Simatek elevation feed breakage is avoided.
Volum based portion feed system
A volume based feed system transports portions of feed from silos to each hopper. Sensor in the hopper send signal when feed is needed. Portion is preset with type and amount of feed. Portion is calculated by the «Smart Feeding» control system. Visualization on the control system cabinet makes it easy to read amount of feed delivered to each hopper.

Weight based portion feed system
Weight based portion feed systems is an advanced system that allows accurate registration of feed amounts measured by scale before delivering to each hopper. It is possible to transport different type of feed at the same time and to have gliding overlap of feed types. Visualization on the control system cabinet makes it easy to read amount of feed delivered to each hopper.

Laksesystemer Smart Feeding
We have developed our own control system based on components that are readily available in ordinary electrical stores. The cabinet provides flexibility when it comes to supply of spare parts such as PLS, valve relays, pneumatical components, frequency converters etc. The cabinet has a combined screen and PLC from Unitronic. The specific software can be stored on memory card so that updates or change of software can easily be performed by the local technicians. The cabinet also has its own unit for remote control over internet, so that we as a supplier can provide online support.
